Our Signature Teriyaki Sauce Is Coming Soon!

Our signature teriyaki sauce was first created by my mother, Yong Soon Kim, in 1994 and served in her restaurants. My husband and I continued her recipe in our own restaurant and now at SKAI Sushi.

After years of customers asking us to bottle it, we are excited to finally share the same signature sauce served at SKAI Sushi.
